How returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened and unused products
  • Products in original packaging
  • Products with all accessories included
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong items received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Return

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@happynails.in or call us with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Get Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return address.
  3. Pack Your Return: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the provided address. You can use our reverse pickup service (free for prepaid orders) or ship it yourself.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (account details required)

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchange Policy

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order. We'll process your return refund quickly so you can reorder.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
